All the companies within the AEC sector such as architectural practices, engineering firms, constructors and developers look to grow by being more competitive. The key thing to increase productivity is digitalization through BIM.

Implementing BIM is a business decision that goes much further than simply adopting a new software. As any commercial wager, this one should start with the management´s commitment. This methodology require big changes in the way in how to tackle the projects, therefore in order to obtain the most of it, it require external consultancy. As every company is different, they need a bespoke Strategic Implementation Plan adapted/tailored to the particular needs of this.

The implementation process has two phases:

  • BIM assessment

  • Implementation Plan

ISO 19650

Given the transversal nature of the ISO 19650 standard throughout the different phases of the asset life cycle, its compliance concerns all the agents involved, such as construction companies, developers and consultants.


Its importance lies in the fact that compliance with this series of standards implies adherence to an international BIM standard that increases our credibility as a company, while opening up new business opportunities at an international level. The fact of having documented processes allows a more effective allocation of resources. In addition, the ability to produce information according to the same standard increases efficiency and facilitates project coordination tasks.

Today BIM is a basic requirement in new tenders, carrying out a digital transformation process is imminently necessary to be able to offer a current and quality product that allows us to be competitive in the construction sector.




The model and object BIM creation may include different services:

  • BIM models at different LOD levels (100, 200, 300, 350 and 400).

  • Advanced modelling

  • As built models

  • Family library for companies

  • BIM object creation

Training for any level of the main pieces of BIM software such as Revit or Naviswork.



The BIM management consists, among other tasks, to define the BIM strategies for every Project, implement communication systems and traceable data exchange, people and resources admin for digital tools for design, construction and operation of buildings or infrastructures.

The BIM management may include different services:

  • BIM Coordination between teams and disciplines (architects, engineers, constructors, consultants and developers)

  • Clash detection. By anticipating clashes, we can make better decisions saving time and money.

  • Advice and / or writing of EIR’s y BEP’s.
